Along with this letter I an submitting the revised final plat.
In your comments dated December 21, 1993 (refer to Item 3.d) you
stated that the legal appeared to be incorrect. Please note that
Tract B of Cottonwood P.U.D. contains 1.842 acres. This is the
entire parcel that Lots 1,2, and 3 are situated on. It would be
possible to put Lots 1,-2 and 3 in our description, however I feel
this would be redundant and possibly confusing. I am open to
discussion on this matter.
