This meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 27, 1993, in City Council Chambers, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue. This meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. The Planning and Zoning Board will take action on the proposed expansion of Rocky Mountain High School - Site Plan Advisory Review, project number 48-93. In its present form, Rocky Mountain High School contains 168,000 square feet. The proposed expansion would add 101,000 square feet for a new total of 269,000 square feet. The new areas would enclose a portion of the courtyard as well as add on to the west and north. Please note that these two meetings are sponsored by the City of Fort Collins as part of the public review process for expanding the physical plant of Rocky Mountain High School. The expansion request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Board which has jurisdiction over land development issues. Matters relating to enrollment, boundaries, transportation services, in -school facilities, curriculum, classroom size, etc. are not related to land development and should be addressed to the Poudre R-1 School Board. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter to be an important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend either meeting, written comments are welcome. SinTcly: Ted Shepar Senior Planner 281 North College Arenue • P.O. BOA 781) • Furt C nllim, (_O ( )0')) 2_21-071;0
