Vine Drive _ CDrh ITEM: LARIMER COUNTY '401 COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS North NUMBER: 56 - 93A g Environmental Plannin and Enviromental Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins December 2, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, December 16, 1993, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Larimer County Community Corrections at New Beginnings P.U.D. - Referral of an Administrative Change, #56- 93A. The applicant is requesting an administrative change to the existing New Beginnings P.U.D. to allow a change of use from a drug and alcohol treatment center to a residential facility to house 62 adult felony offenders; and to consolidate all administrative functions for Larimer County Community Corrections and Adult Services at this location for 26 employees. The property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Redwood and Conifer Street. The property is zoned RMP, Medium Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
