Expansion of Non -conforming use
Dear Kirsten:
The above referenced project proposes to add 134 square feet of
building to an existing car wash building to allow the
installation of automatic car wash equipment. The property is
currently paved in its entirety and no changes are proposed to
the impervious area. Because no changes are proposed to the
impervious area historic drainage patterns shall remain the same.
