The proposed project is commonly known as Harmony 66 - Non - Conforming Use, #46-93. The applicant is requesting a 134 square foot addition to an existing car wash for the purpose of installing automatic car wash equipment and garage doors. The property is located at the northeast corner of College Avenue and Harmony Road and is zoned bp, Planned Business. The existing use is a legal, non -conforming use in this zone. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
