Considering the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 36 as
bearing South 89 degrees 59 minutes West with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the South West corner of said Section 36, thence
North 89 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 271.7 feet along
the South line of said section, thence North 00 degrees 07
minutes West a distance of 30 feet to a point on the North right -
cif -way of State Highway 68 and the True Point of Beginning.
Thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes West along the North right -of-
way of Highway 68 a distance of 128.38 feet, thence North 43
degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 136.47 feet to a
point on the East right-of-way of State Highway 287, thence North
00 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West along said right-of-way a
distance of 165.78 feet, thence leaving said right-of-way on
South 85 degrees, 45 minutes, 14 seconds East a distance of
222.05 feet, thence South 00 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East a
distance of 248.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
