College Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold an administrative review hearing to consider an IL, Limited Industrial, site plan proposal in your neighborhood. This request is known as Data Microfilm Records Storage- IL Site Plan, Case #k52-93. The request is to construct a 5,000 square foot, single story office and production facility for Data Microfilm Records Storage Company. The lot is currently vacant and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Blue Spruce Drive and Conifer Street. The proposed use is an allowable use in the IL, Limited Industrial, zone. Streetscape landscaping will be provided by the developer along Conifer Street and Blue Spruce Drive. This IL site plan review request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with Section 29-372 of the City Code. The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
