The proposal is known as Hampshire Pond P.U.D., consisting of a proposal for 74 single family residential lots on approximately 18 acres of land located on the south side of West Drake Road and beginning approximately 300 feet west of South Taft Hill Road. The average lot is intended to be about 6,000 s.f. in size. This is a neighborhood information meeting only. It will not result in any land use decisions being made that evening. The applicant has not yet made a formal submittal to the City. When a submittal is made the proposal will go through a standard City review process with all final decisions given by the Planning and Zoning Board. You will be notified of future public meetings and hearings on this development request. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
