This request is known as Har Shalom Minor Subdivision, Case #45-93 and is located at 725 West Drake Road. This request consists of creating a subdivided lot for the purposes of placing a modular building at the Har Shalom Synagogue. The modular building is intended to be used for Sunday School classes and classes for the River Song School on weekdays. This Minor Subdivision request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code. The list of property owners being notified for this hearing was derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to rental situations, all interested parties may not have received this notice. Therefore, please feel free to notify your neighbors of this hearing so all may have the opportunity to attend. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at 221-6750.
