06/24/2019: EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT:
It appears that the EAE is encroaching into parking spaces and landscaping
islands/curb and gutter. I believe that PFA needs a clear, unobstructed path
dedicate for the emergency access. Please coordinate with PFA and adjust
linework as needed (see redlines for areas of concern). Minor Amendment site
plan - Please show the proposed easement linework as it is being dedicated on the plat (See redlines).
