On Wednesday, October 28, at 7:00 p.m., at Faith Evangelical Free
Church (1601 W. Drake)*, staff of the Planning Department will hold
a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The applicant will be in attendance
to answer any questions that you might have.
The proposal is for a residential project consisting of
approximately 12 townhouses on a 4 acre site located south of
Rolland Moore Park, north of the Raintree Shopping Center, on the
west side of South Shields Street. The project includes the area
between the Larimer County #2 Canal and the New Mercer Ditch
(please see attached map).
The property is currently vacant and zoned R-P, Planned
Residential. The project would, therefore be reviewed as a Planned
Unit Development (PUD), according to the Land Development Guidance
System.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between
property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners and residences may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting
so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
