The outlet structure has a WQ plate which I think is not needed. More
discussion is needed.
06/20/2018: Please use a more standard trash rack for the quantity detention
outlet structure. The proposed well screen would most likely get clogged in this
application where the screen is on an incline and not placed vertical.

Due to your response from the last round of review pertaining to relocating the
existing transformer to Woodward's property, we will no longer be seeking to
install a new transformer on the neighboring property. However, we will need
language included in the DA to establish that the existing transformer must
remain until all current services are de -energized and removed. Also, Light and
Power will require a utility easement from ROW to the new transformer and then
from the new transformer to the shared property line with the property to the east.
Olsson Response: A utility easement has been added from the ROW to the east property line. Spirit
Hospitality will add the language to the DA regarding the existing transformer.

8 cubic -yard front -load dumpsters will not work in the intended layout as they
require immediate drive up access and -25' of overhead clearance for
servicing. The proposed enclosure layout will require wheeled dumpsters which
are able to be moved from the enclosure for servicing. The largest locally
available wheeled dumpster is 4c.y. (This and exact dimensions should be
verified with the hauler of your choosing). With 4 cubic -yard dumpsters you
would need four to be stored inside the enclosure to give the same capacity
while retaining sufficient pedestrian access.
Response: The trash and recycling dumpsters will be Waste Management standard front loading 3 cubic
yard containers on casters (6'-0" deep x 4'-0" wide x 4'-0" tall). These dumpsters will be wheeled out of
the enclosure into the service road and will be emptied by Waste Management's service trucks. We plan
to provide (3) dumpsters in the trash room, (4) will not fit within the current space. Waste Management
has agreed to work with the hotel to arrange pick ups as required to adequately handle the amount of
waste generated by the (3) dumpsters. In addition, the walls above the trash room have been shifted out
to the existing perimeter face to create space above for our kitchen exhaust shafts up to the roof.
