Thank you for adding the requested utility easement for the new transformer as
well as the stubs to the east for future development of the neighboring property,
would like to see something in writing from Woodward acknowledging the fact
that they will be responsible for all costs associated with the installation of a new
transformer for their property if they choose to redevelop. Thank you.
