similar in character to that existing at the southern end of the
pond, as proposed in "The Preserve". We have also specified a
grass mix for the detention pond as suggested by Natural
Resources.

the engineer.
20. We have added shrubs on the outside of the wall.

Staff Review
Dear Kirsten:
This letter is in response to Staff Comments received Sept. 29, 1993
regarding Raintree Townhomes P.U.D. Final. The response numbers
correspond to those of Staff comments. Comments not addressed will
be handled by the engineer.
1-4. The developer is aware of these conditions.
5. The site plan includes a signature block for the New Mercer
Ditch Co. The developer is not proposing any bridges, only
indicating access to the park via bridges by others.
6. OK
12. We have added this dimension.
13. Ramp has been designated.
14. Included in "Planting Notes".
15. The site plan shows the detention pond easement.
