Light and Power currently has existing electrical cable with the previously
dedicated Railroad Easement located at the northeastern corner of Lot 2,
Penny Flats Subdivision. Light and Power would like a temporary easement to
remain in place until to the existing cable is relocated at the time of
development. The temporary easement could be labeled to be vacated upon
development and the relocation of the existing electric service. Please contact
Cody Snowdon with any question or concerns at (970) 416-2306.
