Comment Summary: Department: Development Review Coordinator Contact: Todd Sullivan, 970-221-6695, tsullivan@fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 1 After the first round of review, there was additional conversation regarding the appropriate process for this project. Given the characteristics of the project, (reduction from the approved 6-plex to a 4-plex with similar character to the original approval), the project meets the criteria for a Minor Amendment, per Land Use Code 2.2.10. As such, the plat will continue to be processed as a Type 1 PDP/FDP review, and the 4-plex will be processed as a Minor Amendment (MA). The PDP/ FDP and MA will be routed together but will follow separate approval processes. Ok Department: Planning Services
