As mentioned in Round 1 comments, the project will be reviewed in two separate processes; this review to include only the replat, and a Minor Amendment review for the remaining items. The draft letter provided for the Staff Review Meeting held June 5, 2019 included comments related to both processes. This letter has been updated to only include those comments related to the replat. All Minor Amendment comments will be provided in a separate letter to be issued on June 20, 2019. Both reviews will run concurrently.
