06/07/2019: The overall request for this project consists of a replat of Lot 13 into 4 separate
lots, and the revised building and landscape plans from the original approved plan for
Lot 13.
As mentioned in Round 1 comments, the project will be reviewed in two separate
processes; this review to include only the replat, and a Minor Amendment review
for the remaining items.
The draft letter provided for the Staff Review Meeting held June 5, 2019 included
comments related to both processes. This letter has been updated to only include
those comments related to the replat. All Minor Amendment comments will be
provided in a separate letter to be issued on June 20, 2019.
Both reviews will run concurrently.

week of June (by the 261h) or first week of July (after the 2nd). The scheduling will
be contingent on addressing two of the Engineering items that are noted FOR HEARING.
