I appreciate your interest in this matter. Depending on your history and involvement with the Willow Springs
Community Association, you may already be aware of the Boundary Line Adjustment Agreement recorded on
April 25, 1994 at Reception No. 94035292. 1 have attached a copy for your reference just in case. This
document preceded the platting of Willow Springs and is the source of the property line discrepancy.
suspect you are quite familiar with the Plat of Willow Springs P.U.D. (Reception No. 95044360). Our
Surveyor (Bob Tessely, PLS) is of the opinion that the common property line described on the Willow Springs
subdivision plat will prevail. He is currently redrawing the Hansen PDP boundary to coincide with the Plat of
Willow Springs P.U.D. He is also working with the title company to help clarify and resolve the discrepancy.
Pete — If need be, perhaps Bob can meet with John Von Nieda to confirm this approach and ensure we are
copasetic moving forward with the PDP process.

Kristin, I received a call from Tom Barlow of Willow Springs questioning the PDP property line overlap with the Willow
Springs PUD boundary on north perimeter as shown on plat? It is not clear why the Hansen PL is inconsistent with this
PUD boundary? This should be clarified by Northern and surveyor. In addition how does ditch row play into this
discrepancy as well?
Can you get back to him and cc and Marc on appropriate response.
