The proposed project is commonly known as Fossil Creek Meter Station PUD - Preliminary and Final, #60-93. The applicant is requesting a natural gas meter and regulator station on.09 acre, located on the north side of County Road 32 (extended), west of South College Avenue and zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
