College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 RE: REA Annexation - Zoning Recommendation Dear Ken: This letter is to confirm our earlier telephone conversation of today during which I requested, on behalf of REA and Spradley- Barr, that Item #17 (Zoning Options for REA Annexation - 164-93, A) on the January 24th Planning and Zoning Board agenda be continued i for one month to the February meeting of the Board. The reason for this request is that the Spradley-Barr Dealership Preliminary PUD is not on the January Planning and Zoning Board agenda to be considered concurrently with the zoning as anticipated by both the owner and the applicant. We are uncertain on what basis this decision has been made and the validity of that decision and would like an opportunity to continue to discuss the process issue with the staff.
