The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 24, 1994, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Zoning Options for the
REA Annexation, #64-93A.
Review of zoning options for the REA Annexation, located on 10.93 acres south of
the Arbor Plaza Shopping Center (Wal-Mart), and west of College Avenue.
