Re: Electric Service to REA Annexation
On August 27, 1997 I sent a letter informing you that Poudre Valley REA service
rights fees would be collected as part of the City of Fort Collins' electric rates for
electric service to the proposed REA Annexation. I have since received authorization
from Ronald Carey, General Manager of Poudre Valley REA, to waive this fee for
Spradley Barr LLC. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that it will not be
necessary to collect the service rights fees for electric service to this annexation.
