However, two design criteria need to be given attention. First, for safety concerns, if the southwest parking lot is alternatively used for community events/recreational purposes, we respectfully request a suitable fence barrier be required to be constructed to surround the lot in hopes of deterring the public from exploring the Railroad's right-of-way. Secondly, it appears from the plans that grading and/or drainage flow will be directed westerly toward the Railroad's property. In this regard, I wish to alert the developers that no grading or drainage shall be designed to impact the Railroad's right-of-way without an agreement or written approval from the Railroad of the design and impact of the grading/drainage.
