Currently this development is under review by the City Staffthrough the formal application of our site / development plan which encompasses the above defined uses, Dial Properties, Co., as has the City of Fort Collins, has expended large amounts of time and economic resources over the past 14 plus months in order to coordinate all of our efforts with City Staff to create a property development that both we as professional real estate developers as well as the City of Fort Collins could be proud of. Within the past thirty days however we have been notified that two interpretations now exist with City Policy which may severely jeopardize our project. Accordingly, our development is faced with the cancellation of three of our specific users under contract Dial understands that the purpose of the City's approval process is to resolve the specific development issues, however we realistically believe this contradiction sbould have been revealed long ago.
