Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday,
November 19, 1998*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood.
The proposed project is commonly known as the Harmony Village PUD, Preliminary,
#65-93C.
This is a request for a mixed -use shopping center located on 33.55 acres at the
southwest corner of Harmony Road and Timberline Road. The center includes a multi -
screen movie theater, two retail buildings, three standard restaurants, two banks, office
and a convenience store with fuel sales. In addition a 35,000 square foot assisted living
center is included.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to
provide input, written comments are welcome.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no
guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those
attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the
meeting.

p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall West.
