JR Engineering, Ltd. 2620 East Prospect Road, Suite 190 Fort Collins, CO 80525 Re: Harmony Village P.U.D., Fort Collins - Connection of Proposed Sidewalk Extension into Sidewalk Along North Portion of ABB Site Dear Mr. Klockeman: This letter is to inform you, as per your request, that Innovation Property, LLC, as owner of the ABB Building in the Oakridge Business Park 14th Filing, will cooperate with the developers of Harmony Village P.U.D. for the purpose of connecting the proposed sidewalk required for the Harmony Village P.U.D. to the sidewalk crossing the property on which ABB is located. That cooperation will obviously need to accommodate existing easements and to satisfy Innovation Property, LLC with respect to the exact location of the sidewalk and the restoration of the property as a result of removing a portion of the existing sidewalk and construction of the new sidewalk.
