RE: Eckerd Drug at Harmony Village

The purpose of this letter is to confirm that Eckerd Drug has obtained the necessary
approvals from the City of Fort Collins to construct a retail store of approximately 13,824
square feet, with one drive -through lane. Further, this store is anticipated to be
constructed on a parcel of land known as the Harmony Village Replat Number Four
consisting of approximately 1.9 acres.
The approval was granted as part of a Major Amendment to the Harmony Village
Planned Unit Development, Current Planning project numbers 65-93I and 65-93H.
