Chairperson Gavaldon called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
Roll Call: Craig, Meyer, Bernth, Carpenter, Gaveldon. Members Torgerson and
Colton were absent.
Staff Present: Gloss, Eckman, Shepard, Jones, Grubb, Stanford, Baker,

condition outlined in memo dated February 13, 2001), 5, and 6.
Member Craig seconded the motion.
The motion was approved 5-0.
