The purpose of this meeting is to introduce a potential applicant for a single family residential project, Richland Homes, to the neighbors and potentially affected interests cf the project. The subject property is located on the west side of Timberline Road (County Road 11) and approximately 1/2 mile south of East Harmony Road. The proposal is for single family residential lots on approximately 40 acres. The meeting is intended to give all interested parties the opportunity to ask questions of the potential applicant. No formal submittal of this proposal has been made to the City. No decisions will be made at this meeting. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter to be an important element in the City's review of the proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
