RBD is coordinating with Columbine Cable regarding required easement sizes and locations. 2. RBD is adding the utility easements to the plat. 3. U.S. West comments will be incorporated into final plans. 4. 0. K. 5. All streets will comply with the 660' requirement within each phase or temporary connections will be constructed. 6. 0. K. 7. Based on our meeting on October 26th, we discussed the bike connection to Oak Ridge Business Park is most appropriately located at the future extension of Keenland Drive. We are providing a future connection through Dusbabek Property that will connect vehicle, pedestrian and bikes to the Keenland Drive extension. 8. O.K. 9. As per our meeting with Rick Ensdorf no collector street is required through this property. 10. The lines of Phase 1 and 2 at Lots 1 and 2 have been changed. 11. 0. K. 12.
