The proposed projects are commonly known as Harmony Village - Overall Development Plan, #65-93 and Harmony Crossing PUD - Preliminary, #65-93A. The applicant for Harmonuy Village is requesting an Overall Development Plan consisting of a community/regional shopping center, neighborhood convenience center, and 304 residential dwelling units on 74.4 acres located at the southwest corner of East Harmony Road and Timberline Road, and zoned EP, Employment Park. The applicant for Harmony Crossing P.U.D. is requesting 221 single family residential lots on 40.8 acres located 1/4 mile south of East Harmony Road, west of Timberline Road, and zoned EP, Employment Park. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
