"Now may I please inspect all public records that were reviewed by Council other than those
contained in the agenda item summary. These record should include but are not limited to all
information regarding modifications to the PDP that was approved by P & Z."

North appeal which were provided to Council prior to the September 5, 2017, appeal hearing.
