RE: Harmony Village P.U.D., O.D.P.
Dear Steve,
In reference to your October 15, 1993 staff comments, we offer the following responses:
1. Refer to attached letter from Les Kaplan.
2. Based on our meeting on October 26th, we discussed the bike connection to Oak
Ridge Business Park is most appropriately located at the future extension of
Keenland Drive. We are providing a future connection through Dusbabek Property
that will connect vehicle, pedestrian and bikes to the Keenland Drive extension.
3. Notes with these references have been added to the O.D.P.
4. We have allowed for buffering on the north side of the future multi -family parcel.
We will be addressing this further with future P.U.D. plans. The density of this
parcel has been changed to 6 - 12 d.u./ac.
5. This information has been added to the O.D.P..
6. As per our meeting with Rick Ensdorf no collector street is required through this
property.
7. The Land Use Breakdown has been revised.
8. O. K.
