1. 1/30/2019 Initial Submittal (some overlap with SPAR proposed, this is not a process issue)
2. 2/20/19 Staff comment meeting with Applicant
3. 3/6/19 Resubmittal
4. 3/20/19 Staff comment meeting with Applicant (shave a week off —two week turn around)
5. 4/3/19 Resubmittal (document wrap up)
6. 4/17/19 Staff meeting with Applicant (shave a week off —two week turn around)
• 3/6 through 4/17 — Phone/meeting coordination/PDF review and also keep the Wednesday
dates.
• 4/17 to 4/30 — Schedule DCP meeting, begin coordinating ROW construction, finalize and record
any dedication exhibits.
Assumed summary of the FDP construction plan sheets will include (see detailed checklist):
- detail sheets/notes for the ROW public improvements (plan views and details, AKA Utility Plans)
- Traffic (TIS) memo (waived by Martina per CR comments)
- overall grading and drainage plans
- drainage report
- PFA turning templates
- landscape plan sheets and details for right of way areas (could include entire site).
- overall erosion control plans? (this may not be necessary, pls. coordinate with Jesse)
- Offsite easements/dedications (if required)
- ROW dedication (or dedication letter)
- FDP application form and Planning/TDR fee forms

S. 1/28/19 Finalized SPAR plans due to city staff
6. 2/6/2019 P&Z final Staff Report and any additional Applicant SPAR plans/exhibits for P&Z due
7. 2/7/2019 Mail P&Z notice letter (14 cal. days prior to meeting)
8. 2/15/2019 P&Z Work Session
9. 2/21/2019 P&Z Hearing (work session follow-up due from applicant 2/19), applicant to provide
copy of PPT presentation to staff on day of hearing)
• Separate City/CSU coordination meetings: site meeting, ROW coordination, other as needed per
Tenae/Fred (could start scheduling these now).
• SPAR Submittal Documents -- SPAR Plans: (24x36 format preferred, illustrative format but could
be construction format): application form, submittal letter (general information about the
project intent), site plan, landscape plan, site details (fence section, edge transition section
showing parking, sidewalk, landscaping, fencing, context plans. Please include PFA turning
templates o the site plan or in separate exhibit.
o Could also include other color graphics: street cross-section, proposed grading/drainage
plan/contours.
o Could include more complete detail to jump start the FDP plan format needed — adding
sheets from the list below).
