Assumed summary of the FDP construction plan sheets will include (see detailed checklist): - detail sheets/notes for the ROW public improvements (plan views and details, AKA Utility Plans) - Traffic (TIS) memo (waived by Martina per CR comments) - overall grading and drainage plans - drainage report - PFA turning templates - landscape plan sheets and details for right of way areas (could include entire site). - overall erosion control plans?
