Dear Resident:
On Thursday, June 9, 1994 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Plymouth Congregational
Church, 916 West Prospect Road*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department
will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss Windtrail
Apartments/Single Family P.U.D. and Centre for Advanced Technology Amended
Overall Development Plan.
The Windtrail project is 13 acres and located on the east side of Shields Street,
south and east of Sundering Townhomes. As proposed, Windtrail consists of 56
multi -family dwelling units divided among eight two-story apartment buildings,
and 21 single family lots.
The proposed amendment to the Centre for Advanced Technology Overall Development
Plan involves a re -designation of parcels to accommodate the proposed land trade
between Windtrail (McCoy) and Centre for Advanced Technology (Colorado State
University Research Foundation) (See map on reverse side).
This is a follow-up meeting to the first neighborhood information held on March
3, 1994. Both the Windtrail project and the C.A.T. Amended Overall Development
Plan are scheduled for the June 27, 1994 Planning and Zoning Board Meeting. A
separate notice will be mailed to confirm that item being considered by the
Planning and Zoning Board on that date.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are
welcome.
