16. The New Mercer Ditch and Centre for Advanced Technology,
5th filing have been labeled on plan.
17. Phasing Schedule has been revised.
We hope that these revisions address the concerns of the development
review staff.

Preliminary Revisions
Dear Ted:
This letter is in response to staff comments of May 24, 1994,regarding
Windtrail Apartments P.U.D., Preliminary. The response numbers
correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will be
addressed by the project engineer.
A 13' wide utility easement has been included adjacent to all
sidewalks.
2. A 6' wide utility easement for Columbine Cablevision has been
located at the back of Lots 1,2,3,4, and 5.
6. Jim Sell Design Inc had field located existing trees along Shields
Street and added them to the plan.
7. The multi -family buildings on the site plan have been labeled
with the same numbering system as shown on the plat.
8. The site plan indicates building setbacks for Buildings 1,2,3,4,
and 6.
9. Handicapped requirements will be shown on final submittal.
10. A solar variance was submitted with the Planning Objectives on
March 31,1994.
11. Street trees have been added to the north side of Rolland Moore
Drive to match the trees on the south side.
12. Jim Sell Design Inc. has contacted Mike Spurgin at the
U.S.P.O., Mike Pretz, Poudre Fire Marshall, and Debbie Telez
at Police Dispatch. All have given approval to the street name:
Rolland Moore Drive.
