Notice is hereby given that on or after Wednesday, April 3, 2019, the Development Review
Manager for the City of Fort Collins will issue a written decision to approve, approve with
conditions, or deny a development proposal. Comments on the proposal can be submitted to

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The project is referred to as 221 East Mountain Avenue, #BDR180012. This request is to remove
the existing vacant auto repair development and construct a new 4-story mixed -use building
(office and residential dwelling units) with underground parking, new sidewalks, and new street
parking. The proposed project is in the Downtown (D) Zone District. Public Notice and a
