Dear Mr. McCoy:
The Windtrail Park P.U.D., located on the east side of South
Shields Street between West Prospect Road and West Drake Road, was
approved by the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board on
November 14, 1994 for 21 single family residential lots and 56
multi -family residential dwelling units on 12.05 acres. Any
development on this property is subject to all of the requirements
of the approved P.U.D. There are water, sanitary sewer, and
electric utilities in the area that can be extended into the
property with the capability of serving this development.
The underlying zoning on this property is RP - Planned Residential;
however, the P.U.D. overlays the zoning and allows the land uses
approved by the City through public hearings.
