The landscaping design will incorporate Buffalo Grass and drought tolerant tree and shrub species. Irrigation will take into consideration zoning properly for water needs. 16. The two trees at the intersection of South Sheilds Street and Rolland Moore Drive are being transplanted for sight clearance reasons. The design has been changed to leave others as is. We hope that these revisions address the concerns of the development review staff.
