15. The landscaping design will incorporate Buffalo Grass and drought tolerant tree and
shrub species. Irrigation will take into consideration zoning properly for water needs.
16. The two trees at the intersection of South Sheilds Street and Rolland Moore Drive are
being transplanted for sight clearance reasons. The design has been changed to leave
others as is.
We hope that these revisions address the concerns of the development review staff.

RE: Windtrail on Spring Creek PUD Final Revisions
Dear Steve:
This letter is in response to staff comments of September 14, 1994,
regarding Windtrail on Spring Creek P.U.D., Final. The response
numbers correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will
be addressed by the Project Manager.
1. Note has been made to not plant trees within four feet of gas lines.
3. Building envelope and distances to the property line have been
shown whenever possible.
5i. North arrow and scale have been added.
5j. Written legal description and boundary metes and calls have
been added.
7. The utility plans have been revised to match the site plan.
8. The street name Bridgefield Lane will remain unchanged.
9. The width of Rolland Moore Drive is 50'
13. The Solar Orientation statement has been corrected.
14. The misspelled word has been corrected.
