Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 15, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in
your neighborhood. The proposed_ project is commonly known as 601-603 Mathews
Street P.U.D., Prelimainary, #68-93.
The applicant is requesting to enlarge an existing duplex by adding second floor
living space to a one-story structure, located at 601-603 Mathews, zoned N-C-M,
Neighborhood Conservation, Medium Density.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to a"ll property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current°County Assessor's records. If you should
