Final Revisions
Dear Ted:
This letter is in response to staff comments of December 21, 1993,
regarding Windtrail Townhomes P.U.D., Final. The response numbers
correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will be
addressed by the project engineer.

5. Site Plan shows this configuration. The plat will reflect this.
6. We will end Hill Pond Road at the curb return, with a barricade.
7. The traffic study references the proposed circulation of the Overall
Development Plan, some of which will occur with development of
Tract C of the Windtrail on Spring Creek O.D.P. This in turn will
be coordinated with the future signalized intersection on Shields
Street, and the eventual construction of Centre Avenue. The single
family development to the north, Tract A of the O.D.P., will
provide a stub street south into Tract C, and a second, temporary
fire access until Tract C develops.
8. We will contact Rita Davis to begin mitigation measures regarding
site distance.
9. We will remove cul-de-sac.
