The response numbers correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will be addressed by the project engineer. OK 2. OK 3. We will dimension to indicate this. 4. This is noted in Planting Notes. 5. Site Plan shows this configuration. The plat will reflect this. 6. We will end Hill Pond Road at the curb return, with a barricade. 7. The traffic study references the proposed circulation of the Overall Development Plan, some of which will occur with development of Tract C of the Windtrail on Spring Creek O.D.P. This in turn will be coordinated with the future signalized intersection on Shields Street, and the eventual construction of Centre Avenue. The single family development to the north, Tract A of the O.D.P., will provide a stub street south into Tract C, and a second, temporary fire access until Tract C develops. 8.
