East Larimer County Water District hereby acknowledges that, as result of visual inspection and receipt of
drawing of record documentation, all requirements have now been met for Preliminary Acceptance of
water system improvements as constructed for the Waterglen P.U.D. As of the date of this letter, a two-
year warranty period shall commence on the subject improvements. The improvements are now also
approved for service. During the warranty period any repair or maintenance of the subject improvements
shall be the responsibility of the developer.
Please note that this Preliminary Approval does not extend to those tracts designated on the Filing Plat as
Tracts "P" and "Q" due to the fact that development within these tracts is not yet complete. Also, note that
such approval does not extend to any soils compaction associated with the subject water system
improvements.
Final approval and permanent acceptance of these improvements is then projected for April 23, 2003.
