Staff Comments
Dear Mr. Wright:
Thank you for the application for Waterglen PUD Replat. The following agencies have
reviewed the plat and have comments provided as attachments to this letter.
City of Fort Collins Engineering (See Technical Services Redlines)
City of Fort Collins Technical Services (Includes Redlines)
City of Fort Collins Stormwater
City of Fort Collins Light and Power
Poudre Fire Authority
Current Planning staff has reviewed the proposal and has the following comments:
1. It would appear that the Western Slope Gas Company easement was vacated with
the original Waterglen PUD Plat. Why is it shown on this replat?
2. When I add up the totals of Tracts P1 and P2 I get 9.65 acres. Tract P, on the
original plat is shown as being 9.601 acres. This may not be a big deal; however, I
thought it should be pointed out. Is there an explanation?
3. The "Current Planning Director" signature block should indicate that it is the director
signing the plat rather than the Planning and Zoning Board.
