On Tuesday, May 291', 2001, at 3:00 p.m., in the conference room of the City of Fort
Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.,
80524, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an administrative public hearing
for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Waterglen
PUD, Replat Number 1, Type I (LUC), File #71-93C.
This is a request for a replat of tracts P and Q, which constitute approximately 12.384
acres. The property is located north of East Vine Drive, south of County Road 50, east
of Ziegler Road, and west of 1-25. The zoning is LMN — Low Density Mixed Use
Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
