Light and Power has a copy of a C-1 form. The C-1 form does not currently
reflect a 277/480 service that would need to be installed. Before construction,
we will need a complete C-1.
09/18/2018: Please provide a one line diagram and a C-1 form to Light and
Power Engineering. The C-1 form can be found at:

Thank you for including the transformer in the easement. However, you do not
show our primary electric line from the oval vault in right of way to the
transformer to be in an easement. Please resubmit with the entirety of our
primary line protected by a utility easement.
Utility easement added to include primary out to ROW
12/04/2018: BEFORE MYLARS:
Due to Verizon running their own service to the transformer, we will need the
totality of our primary line as well as our transformer placed in a utility easement.

Continued: Thank you for adding this note! Please add the following sentences to this note:
Prior to boring and other construction operations, contact City Forestry (Molly
Roche — mroche@fcgov.com) to inspect and approve tree protection structures.
Tree protection in the form of concrete blankets and orange snow fencing
around tree trunks should be installed prior to on -site construction.
12/06/2018:
City Forestry has reviewed the layout of the new fiber line and would like to
request that this line be installed through boring techniques. Forestry requests
that the boring start near the right-of-way along Olive and then work toward the
building. Working in this direction will limit the impact of boring equipment and
drilling near the tree closest to the building. In addition, the boring should be
done at a minimum of 48" or deeper to avoid all tree roots. Tree protection in
the form of concrete blankets around tree trunks should be installed prior to
on -site construction.
