The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 15, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Windtrail on Spring
Creek PUD - Overall Development Plan, #66-93A and Windtrail Townhomes PUD -
Preliminary, #66-93.
The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan for mixed residential
uses on 34.45 acres located 1/4 mile east of Shields Street and south of Spring
Creek, zoned RP, Planned Residential. The O.D.P. also contains a "Resource
Protection Area" subject to pending negotiations for acquisition by the City of
Fort Collins.
The applicant is also requesting 37 townhomes on 6.2 acres located 1/4 mile east
of Shields Street and south of Spring Creek, and zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
