03/02/2018: It appears the site survey did not pick up existing storm sewer on this
site. There is existing storm sewer as well as associated rain gardens that are
required for water quality on this site in the location for the "NEW U.G. ELECTRIC
CONDUIT ROUTED FROM (E) XFMR TO HFRAME @ EQUIPMENT AREA RE:
1/A1.V Please see plans from Prospect Station showing this storm sewer. It
appears the proposed conduit would conflict with the existing system.
Please review Prospect Station plans provided and show storm sewer system on
your plans. Please show how the conduit can be routed and installed without
negatively impacting the storm system. It may be necessary to relocate the
proposed conduit if it is conflicting with the storm system.
Per our staff review meeting, Verizon's architect confirmed that the proposed power
run from the transformer to the equipment area follows a similar path that other
power lines have used without conflict with the existing sewer line. Further, an
additional note has been added to A1.1 and E2.0 noting that this line will be hand
hug to prevent sewer line damage.

Access to the roof via roof hatch requires appropriate labeling adjacent to the hatch
on the top habitable floor so as to identify rooftop utilities as well as any electrical (or
other) hazards associated with wireless communications equipment.
Notes regarding additional signage have been added near the access to the roof on
sheet A2.1

Landscape plan on sheet A1.0 should be on its own page. The landscape plan
should also show exactly where the relocation of the affected shrubs will be.
Per our staff review meeting, the request was made for a stand-alone landscape
plan. The landscape plan now shows the proposed underground power and fiber
lines as well as the proposed fiber vault in relation to the existing shrubs. Further, it
notes that existing shrubs are not expected to be impacted, but if they are, then they
will be relocated or replaced in the same shrub bed.

03/12/2018: SITE PLAN: Please show where and how the landscaping that will be
impacted will be transplanted or replaced. Note #1 on sheet A1.0 indicates that all
impacted plantings will be replaced, but we need a more specific landscape plan to
ensure there are no conflicts with other utilities or infrastructure. Since most of the
trees and shrubs on that site are still very young, transplanting will probably be a
viable option for all plants that will be affected.
