ITEM: WATERGLEN PUD - Prei. 4' North NUMBER: 7 1-93A . t Commui_y Planning and Environmental. _ vices Planning Department City of Fort Collins April 11, 1994 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, April 25, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Waterglen PUD - Preliminary, #71-93A. The applicant is requesting 410 manufactured homes, 63 modular or conventional homes and 100 multi -family units on 120 acres located immediately west of Interstate 25 and north of East Vine Drive, and zoned i-1, Limited Industrial. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
