The proposed projects are commonly known as Waterglen P.U.D. - Overall Development Plan, #171-93, and Waterglen P.U.D. - Preliminary, #E71-93A. The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan consisting of a mixed use development on 165.8 acres (113.4 acres of residential, 7.2 acres of commercial/industrial, 11.9 acres of neighborhood park, 33.3 acres open space/stormwater detention) located immediately west of Interstate 25 and north of East Vine Drive, zoned I-L, Limited Industrial. The applicant is also requesting a preliminary plan for 410 manufactured homes, 63 modular or conventional homes and 100 multi -family units on 113.40 acres located immediately west of Interstate 25 and north of East Vine Drive, zoned I- L, Limited Industrial. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 1000 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
