Project: Boardwalk- Crossing, Filing 2 - Minor Subdivision,(REI of Fort Collins)
A public hearing with the Director of Planning to consider the Boardwalk Crossing, Filing 2 -
Minor Subdivision has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 1994, in the City
of Fort Collins Planning Offices. At this hearing the Director of Planning will either approve
or deny the request. A decision of approval would indicate that the subdivision and plat meet
- all the requirements of Section 29-644. Minor Subdivisions of the City Code; however, final
approval of the development"agreement between the City of Fort Collins and the:developer, final
- _,review and approval of the utility plans, approval of.the required State Highway access permit,
and recording of the subdivision plat are not yet completed. 'It is estimated that the final reviews
:and :approvals; -enabling the necessary documents to be recorded -in the City, will take 6 to 8
weeks from this date. No building permits can -be issued until all documents are approved and
